B. Council Resolution #251 of 2006 authorizing the City Manager to hire four (4) Recreation Assistants for the Department of Public Works/Recreation and two (2) Seasonal Laborers, one (1) for the Department of Municipal Utilities/Solid Waste and one (1) for the Engineering Department.
